10-day returns.
Every YOUNGFITZ piece is released in a small, limited run. Most styles are made in runs of 5 to 15 pieces and may not come back once they sell out. Because of that, we keep returns simple and fair, with a short window.

What can be returned
Items in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, smoke or marks, with all tags attached.
Sets, like the Offline Set, are returned as a complete set when bought at the set price.
Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to start a return
Contact us within 10 days of delivery through our . Include your order number and the item.
We reply with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back within 7 days of our reply, with tracking.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We exchange when that size is still in stock. Since runs are limited, we can't hold sizes. If your size is gone, we refund you instead.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.
Items that are not accepted
Returns started after 10 days, items that show wear, washing or alterations, and items without tags. These are sent back to you at your cost.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
